LK is a home and lifestyle creator dedicated
to the art of intentional living.

With a deep-rooted appreciation for modernist ideologies, timeless design, and permaculture, she reimagines what it means to create a home that is elevated, attainable, and deeply connected to the way we live.

Born and raised in coastal California,

LK’s perspective is shaped by the region’s cultural and architectural heritage, spanning from Spanish Revival, to Craftsman and Mid-Century Modernism, alongside the rebellious, DIY spirit of surf and skate culture. This lens is further sharpened by her professional background in the art and film industries, where she learned to execute high-concept visuals within constraint.

Through YouTube, LK documents the process of making a 1300-square-foot life feel exceptional by showcasing a spectrum of creative and resourceful design solutions, such as renter-friendly architectural DIYs, garden design, and the imperfect character of secondhand finds.

LK’s approach is at the intersection of “Good Design” and the practicalities of everyday limitations. She aims to prove that a high-end aesthetic isn’t a luxury commodity, but a result of intentional editing and a refusal to choose between aesthetic or budget.

By transforming practical limits into creative opportunities, LK aims to demonstrate that any space can be personal, functional, and truly curated for everyday living.
